Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Returns are only accepted for items that meet these requirements.

Non Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return.
• Gift cards
• Downloadable products
• Personalized items
• Sale items unless the item is defective

Return Process


• Contact us at TechDestinyTD@outlook.com to request a return authorization.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
• Include your order number and reason for the return.
• Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization.

Refunds


After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 2 to 5 business days to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges


If you want a different size or color, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at TechDestinyTD@outlook.com and include photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Return Shipping Costs


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
